In 2017, I founded my own digital agency thinkHUB.pl. BMC WORKSHOP & AUDIT
Through a jointly conducted Business Model Canvas workshop and an audit of the most important processes, we define your company's bottlenecks and jointly define strategic goals to be achieved. During the audit, we work closely with the Board of Directors and key people in the company.
STRATEGY 12-36 MONTHS
On the basis of the workshop and the completed audit, we prepare an eCommerce development strategy for your company covering the areas of technology, marketing, competence and business development. The strategy is divided into a period of 12 and up to 36 months.
PROJECT SUPPORT
The strategy we created can be used commercially by your company in any way. Very often our clients choose us as a partner to support the digital transformation process both as consultants and as interim eCommerce management teams.
